Product Guarantee
- All products sold by by Simple Patios are warranted by their manufacturer against material or construction defects for a limited time after purchase.
- This warranty information can be found on the product's page on our sites or will be bundled with the product itself when ordered.
- A minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on all products.
The general guidelines on our warranties depend on the primary material for the product:
- FSC Eucalyptus & FSC Teak are warranted for 1 year
- Hammocks & Umbrellas are warranted for 1 year
- Wood Composite is warranted for 10 years
- Our Recycled Plastic materials are warranted for 50 years, a lifetime of enjoyment!
General Returns & Exchanges Policies
- We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience.
- If you need to return or exchange an outdoor furniture or decking item, please contact us within one week of receipt of your purchase.
- Items must be returned in unused, new and resalable condition and in their original packaging.
- In returning an item, a restocking fee is deducted, if returned for reasons other than damage, and if eligible for return. We issue a credit upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restocking fee, return shipping costs, and ship costs included in the product price like “Free” Shipping.
- If exchanging for another item of same or greater value, the restocking fee may be waived.
